Architecture Interior Design

This custom-designed headquarters for ELCCO integrates a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) system with thoughtful architectural detailing to create a modern, functional space. The 17,500 SF facility includes a warehouse, 3,000 SF of dedicated office space, and four leasable commercial bays. Select cladding materials, expansive glazing, and articulated massing contribute to the contemporary aesthetic, while the building’s orientation was carefully planned to optimize environmental performance and capture views of Haleakalā and the West Maui Mountains. The interiors maintain a clean, modern character, balancing industrial elements with warm, natural finishes.
